About the ZUNDA support account
Every organization has a "ZUNDA support account" user by default. This is a built-in account that ZUNDA uses to edit your organization's information on your behalf and to provide support. This account cannot be deleted or edited.
Viewing user accounts
Click User Accounts in the menu to display the list of user accounts.
Click [⋮] → View details on the user account you want to check to see its details.
Creating a new user account
Click User Accounts → Create New User in the menu to open the dialog for creating a new user account.
Configure each user's information and the group to assign them to, then click Create. You can also assign a group later.
Disabling / enabling a user account
To prevent a user from logging in, disable their account. A disabled user keeps their user information and assigned groups, but cannot log in. You can resume use at any time by following the same steps to re-enable the account.
User accounts cannot be deleted. Only disabling is supported.
