You can configure the login methods your organization permits. Login methods enabled here can then be linked as the authentication method for each domain in Domain Settings.
Also, Microsoft authentication requires the application to be approved per tenant on first authentication. Have your organization's system administrator complete this initial application approval.
You need the following permission to view this setting:
Authentication Management > Authentication View
You need the following permission to change this setting:
Authentication Management > Authentication Edit
Click Login Method Settings in the menu to configure the login methods available to your organization.
By default, only email authentication is enabled. Configure this to match the login methods your organization uses.
Regardless of this setting, addresses on gmail.com and other free email providers cannot use Google or Microsoft authentication and must use email address authentication.
