If you enable automatic sign-up, new users are registered with a ZUNDA ID automatically when they attempt to log in. To use this feature, the email address domain must be associated with your organization's domain.
You need both of the following permissions to view this setting:
Authentication Management > Authentication View
User and Group Management - User and Group View
You need both of the following permissions to change this setting:
Authentication Management > Authentication Edit
User and Group Management > User and Group View
To configure this setting, you need to set up the group that automatically registered users will belong to. For details, see Group Settings.
Click Auto Signup Settings in the menu to go to the configuration screen.
Check Select the initial assignment group for auto signup (JIT signup), set the initial group, and click Save.
After enabling automatic sign-up, if someone logs in with an email address that is not yet registered to the organization but is on a domain configured for the organization, they are taken to a screen to enter their user information.
Once the user information is entered, the user is registered to the organization.
That completes the automatic sign-up settings.
