If either of these cases applies to your use of ZUNDA ID, the multi-tenant feature lets you log in to multiple tenants (organizations) using the same email address.
If you want to register a user account with the same email address across multiple tenants (organizations)
As usual, you can register a user via User Accounts.
Enter the email address and name of the user you want to register, then submit.
We recommend registering the email domain of the user you're registering to the organization if it's not a problem to do so. This lets you configure login methods per domain. Follow the steps below to register the domain.
For users who want to register the same email domain for multiple tenants (organizations)
Set up a login method for every organization you want to register, using Domain Settings.
Login method
You can log in as usual by entering your email address, or by entering the domain name via Sign in with single sign-on.
A screen like the one below appears. Select the organization you want to log in to.
Note that email verification is required the first time only, so please verify using the email that's sent to you.
