To log in to a service that uses ZUNDA ID, the user account you want to log in with must belong to a group that includes permissions for that service. For information about permissions, see Role Settings.
Logging in to each service from your ZUNDA ID My Page
- Log in to ZUNDA ID.
- Your My Page shows the services you can use. Click a service to log in to it.
If the service you want to use isn't shown, you don't have permission to use it.

Logging in via ZUNDA ID from the target service
You can log in using ZUNDA ID from the target service's login screen.
- Example: for IT Support by ZUNDA
- Click Sign In.
- You're redirected to the ZUNDA ID login screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your email address and log in.
- Click Sign In.
