Basic information
This section explains how to log in and the layout of the screen.
How to log in
- Go to ZUNDA ID. https://id.zunda.co.jp/
-
Enter your email address on the login screen and click Next.
If you check Save Email Address, your email address will be entered automatically the next time.
-
On the next screen, click the login method configured for your organization to log in.
- Sign in with Google and Sign in with Microsoft appear on the login screen and become available once configured. You can also disable Sign in with Email. These can be configured in Domain Settings.
- Free email addresses such as gmail.com always use Email Link login, regardless of the Domain Settings configuration.
-
For users who are not on a free email domain and are logging in for the first time, entering an email address on the organization's domain takes you to the user creation screen; once you complete it, you can log in.

Operation tips (for system administrators)
ZUNDA ID supports fine-grained permission management.
If you use only IT Support by ZUNDA, you do not need to be aware of the operations below.
Decide on management rules for groups, users, and roles
ZUNDA ID's group feature lets you bundle users and manage roles that group permissions together.
We recommend creating groups based on the department a user belongs to (such as an organization's division or team) and roles based on function (what operations a user performs). Deciding on these management rules up front makes ongoing management easier.
For the concepts behind each of these, see About the Relationship Between User Accounts, Groups, and Roles.
Enable Auto Signup Settings
Enabling Auto Signup Settings automatically creates a user account for any email address on the organization's domain. This removes the need to create users one by one, making operation easier. For details, see Auto Signup Settings.
